Whole chicken cut up in pieces seasoned then roasted until done.

Famous Fried Chicken
Whole chicken cut up in pieces seasoned and soaked overnight in buttermilk, then lightly coated in of homemade breading mixture and deep fried until golden brown.

Marinated Chicken breast
Boneless breast of chicken marinated in your choice of seasonings seared to lock in the flavor, then baked until done.

Stuffed chicken breast
Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with your choice of ham and cheese, seafood or dressing and topped with an accompanying sauce.

Whole muscle pit ham, glazed with a pineapple, brown sugar and honey Sauce. Sliced for a spectacular presentation.

Country Pork Chop with Apple Chutney
Bone-in pork chop seasoned and oven roasted to maintain moisture. Topped with sweet apple-raisin chutney.

with your choice of lemon-herb butter sauce, a spicy Cajun (blackened) seasoning or a orange bourbon glaze- Fresh Atlantic Salmon, skinned and de-boned then coated with the seasoning of your choice and cooked to perfection.

Ridged Pasta tossed in our own meat sauce and topped with all beef meatballs and a cheese blend. (Mild or hot Italian sausage or marinated chicken breast available)

Jumbo Ravioli stuffed with Ground Beef or Ricotta Cheese with a marinara sauce.
